If you experience a crisis, have suicidal or homicidal thoughts and/or are in imminent danger of harming yourself or someone else, please call emergency services at 112 (valid in the EU), or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are located in Germany, you can also call the medical on-call service at 116117.
For 24/7 phone support, you can also contact the on-call counselling service (https://www.telefonseelsorge.de) via 0800 111 0 111 or 0800 111 0 222. This service is free and anonymous (German language only).
The Crisis Line is also free of charge and available around the clock at 0800 655 3000 (in 120 languages).
Children and youths located in Germany can call the “Nummer gegen Kummer” (‘number against grief’): 0800 111 0 333. This service is available Mondays to Saturdays from 14:00 – 20:00, free of charge and anonymous. For services in other languages, kids and youths can also call 116 111.
